【愛出國小編 / David Wu報導】繼報導了香港、新加坡（非聯程機票、24小時內轉機）申退機場稅的經驗談之後，韓國仁川機場一樣可以！只是小編申退時，機場人員沒有前例可循，搞了很久他們還是似懂非懂。

小編的案例是這樣的：「台北→仁川」、「仁川→邁阿密」是不同張機票。根據仁川機場的稅費規定是這樣的：

BP TAX

Passengers departing (transferring) via Incheon International Airport are required to pay the BP Tax. The BP Tax is included with the price of the airplane ticket when you pay for an airfare.
– International Departure for Passengers : KRW 28,000

– International Transfer for Passengers : KRW 10,000

Conditions of Exemption

• Passengers holding diplomatic passports
• Infants less than two years old
• Passengers who depart Incheon International airport within 24 hours after leaving the bonded area for sightseeing

BP Tax Refund

If you already paid the BP Tax, you are eligible to receive a refund. You must show your e-ticket itinerary, e-ticket receipt, boarding pass and passport (diplomatic passport) to the officers in the counter.

按仁川機場官網說明來看，機場稅KRW 28000，開聯程票（TPE-ICN-MIA）轉機要收KRW 10000。如果是兩張獨立的機票（TPE-ICN、ICN-MIA）第二段被收了全價KRW 28000，照這規定來看，應該是要退KRW 18000（28000-10000）才對。

在仁川機場申退機場稅的時候，完全沒有一個機場人員知道可以退機場稅這件事。問了N個機場人員之後，終於找到「新韓銀行」的櫃台，憑兩段電子機票影本、兩段登機證，直接退10000韓圜現金。

雖然照上述規定應該退KRW 18000，但不管怎麼溝通（新韓銀行女客服留學過中國，中文很流利）但她就是誤把「International Transfer for Passengers : KRW 10,000」當做退機場稅的金額，溝通許多，登機時間也快到了，雖然只拿回KRW 10000現金，認了！

申退簽名簿一整頁就只有我跟同行友人的簽名，應該是仁川機場申退機場稅的首例。回程從美國回到仁川機場時，同樣新韓銀行、同一位客服、同樣堅持只能退KRW 10000現金、申退簽名簿上同樣只看到上次我們留下的簽名（表示根本沒其他人來申請），來回仁川轉機兩次共拿到KRW 20000現金，折合台幣624，也是不無小補啦！
